The Church of Promise is an intimate intergenerational church on a mission to reconcile the world to God through Jesus Christ! We are a church that operates in the fullness of God guided by the Holy Spirit to cultivate and nurture spiritual gifts. As you explore our webpage you’ll find an exciting place for you to worship, meaningful sermons, opportunities, discipleship through Kingdom Building awareness, and possibilities to serve through our StabilizerTeam (newly developing) that will promote the growth and development of individuals and families. There’s so much I could say about The Church of Promise, but don’t take my word for it, check us out for yourself! There’s so much to see and experience at The Church of Promise, one visit to the website just won’t do. Come and be a part of this awesome move of God!

OUR HISTORY

Founded Bishop Apostle Dr. Zella Berry Case and Suffragan Bishop Dr. Martin W. Case in their living room in 2008, bringing just about 10 people together to worship Jesus Christ for what He has done and what He will do, glorifying Him in our walk as well as our talk. The Church of Promise stands on the promises of Christ and is a church that operates in the fullness of God, guided by the Holy Spirit to cultivate and nurture spiritual gifts. 

Once housed in a physical structure, but at present and since Covid-19 we embarked through the wisdom of the Holy Spirit to reach further and go further using the internet as our platform for spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. The Church of Promise is a Spirit-filled Online church (via Zoom) where people of all races can meet Jesus, and discover their God-given purpose in life.

Furthermore, we are extremely joyful to report that this church is not kindred in many ways to what some might refer to as a traditional church which the majority of the time operates by the standards of humankind, (i.e., voting) but we operate through the Holy Spirit and the ways of Christ. This is a place in which you have all the opportunities to exercise your God-given gift(s), once discovered by our Senior Pastor, pointing you toward serving others, after being trained in your anointing and taught according to the Word of God and His promises, all found in the Holy Bible.

We are passion-minded kindred to the passion that Bishop Dr. Case our pastor has a passion is. e.g., to empower and equip today’s leaders with the tools needed for tomorrow.

We teach the principles and anointing that the Five-Fold Ministry as described in Ephesians 4:11-16 brings to the church, and provides you with dynamic Sermons that inspire you to caress and exhibit the Nine fruits of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23). 

We created a unique space where people can have authentic encounters with Christ, discover their gifts, and use them for God's glory. 

We are a welcoming community of believers who love God and love people. The Church of PROMISE is a family and a place to call home! There is no dictatorship only stewardship of Christ.

As we walk by faith and reject fear, it's a place to be equipped and trained for the work of the ministry that God has intricately designed you to accomplish. People are our heart here at The Church of PROMISE and we'd love to meet and get connected with you this Sunday!
